Abstract
    Onderhavig plan is een herziening van het beleidsplan WL documentatiecentrum opgesteld in 2008 (Cerpentier& Mostaert). Na vijf jaar beleidsuitvoering zijn de acute problemen van toen grotendeels aangepakt en is eendegelijk kader geschetst voor de uitbouw van een documentatiecentrum rond specifieke watergebondenonderwerpen. Wat gedurende deze periode gerealiseerd werd, is opgesomd in (Cerpentier, 2013a)
