Associate Professor Şevket Çokgör has authored and co-authored over 30 peer-refereed journal and conference papers. He was involved in several national and international research projects. He has conducted research in Technical University of Denmark and University of Virginia under the grant of NATO. He has supervised 5 MSc and 2 PhD theses and directed many consultancy works. His expertise covers environmental fluid mechanics, sediment transport, offshore engineering applications and river hydrodynamics.
