Enrico De Bernardis is a mechanical engineer with many international publications. He has been involved in many international research projects and has directed the INSEAN Noise and Vibration Department and the Model Manufacturing and Equipment Laboratory. He has been project manager for European FP projects and for the CNR-INSEAN Project Eco-sustainability of maritime transport. He is member of the Steering Committee of the EU Network of Excellence Hydro-Testing Alliance and of the Correspondence Group on “Noise from commercial shipping and its adverse impact on marine Life”, within the IMO, Marine Environment Protection Committee. He works at the CNR-INSEAN Institute.
