Abstract
A detailed mapping of both the sedimentology and the geomorphological structures (dunes, ripples) in the Maritime Scheldts is carried out. Furthermore the residual sediment transport paths are deduced from the geometric characteristics of the bedforms and from de variations in the sedimentological parameters.
