| Abstract |
Some otoliths of dab (Limanda limanda) have been collected by sex in the south-western of the North Sea area. By the application of the Von Bertalanffy's model, the growth in length and in weight for males and females separately, has been obtained. Further, to determine the spawning period of dab in two different North Sea areas, a sampling of the Belgian commercial captures has been realized from May 1987 to May 1988. |
