Genetic, morphological and reproductive differentiation in the Boodlea composita species complex (Cladophorophyceae, Chlorophyta): towards a better understanding of the species concept in a marine environment
Thesaurus term Phylogeny
Taxonomic term: Chlorophyta [WoRMS]
The aim of the present study is to explore the genetic, morphological and reproductive variation patterns in the Boodlea composita species complex. With this combined approach of the phylogenetic, morphological and biological species concept, we hope to gain a better understanding of the species concept of the group.
