Abstract
Studies are carried out about sediment transport phenomena in a wide range of applications. The morphological evolution of coastal areas is investigated in order to stabilize shore lines. another study concerns the transport of partial cohesive sediments in sewers under unsteady flow conditions. Beneath, in certain river-basins, in situ registration of water quantity and sediment transport rates are designed and managed. Some typical hydraulic constructions are developed in view of an environmental sanitation of the river reaches.
