This project aims at providing juridical and technical advise vs the Ministry of Health and Environment, unit Mathematical Model of the North Sea.Mainly two areas will be focused upon.First of all the preparation of draft regulations,decrees and laws concerning the protection of the marine environment.Secondly , the juridical and administrative follow-up of incidents of environmental pollution of the sea , including penal as well as civil aspects of the case.
