| Abstract |
Het project heeft tot doel beleidsindicatoren te ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij het beleidsplan. De indicatoren dienen als instrument om bestuurders en beleidsmakers van relevante informatie te voorzien. Enerzijds informatie over verschillende parameters die de toestand van de Westerschelde weergeven (signaalfunctie), anderzijds beschouwende informatie over het gevoerde beleid (evaluatiefunctie). Tevens is beleidsmonitoring een middel voor communicatie met burgers. |
