Two species collected by fishermen from Nha Thrang in deep water offshore Khanh Hoa Province are described as new to science. Phaenomenella thachi sp. nov. is compared to Ph. angusta Fraussen & Hadorn, 2006. Phaenomenella venusta sp. nov. is conchologically different from all other known species.
