At the occasion of the 2nd lustral feast of the Geologic Society of the Koninklijke Vlaamse Ingenieursvereniging (Royal Flemish Society of Engineers) on 25th, 26th and 27th September 1964, a.o. a conference dedicated to the various geologic problems in the Antwerp harbour was organised. Since the topics dealt with are closely connected wtth the themes of the Section 3 of the 4th International Harbour Conference: « Soil mechanics and Geology in connection with harbours » the text of the lectures held on the conference are reproduced in these Proceedings together with the reports on section 3. |
