Abstract
    Volume 2 contains the text of the papers presented during the Seminar as well as reports of the discussions which took place after each presentation and a report of the Forum discussion during the closing session of the Seminar. Papers presented in this Seminar referred to 5 topics: Signals of environmental deterioration - Sources of pollution and its impact on environmental quality - Non pollution threats to the North Sea environment - Technical facilities for environmental protection - Policy options and international regulations for the protection of the North Sea environment.
