The Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone Management of Montenegro, headquartered in Budva, was established in accordance with the Law on the Maritime Domain by a special Decision of the Parliament of the Republic of Montenegro on 02.06.1992., with the task of ensuring: protection and improvement of the use of the maritime domain, management of the maritime domain, conclusion of contracts for the use of the maritime domain, construction and maintenance of infrastructure facilities for the needs of the maritime domain. |
