Dimitris Troianos: Ongrowing Production Manager at Kefalonia Fisheries since 1990. Holds a Master’s Degree in Marine Aquaculture from the University of Caen, a Master’s Degree in Oceanography from the University of Jussieu, Paris, France and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Genova. He is probably the first Production Manager in Aquaculture in Greece.
