| Abstract |
The following report describes the implementation of the manoeuvring model of the ARC7 LNG-carrier. The tuning process was performed based on experimental manoeuvring tests and full scale trials. These were compared with fast simulations results. Main adaptations involved the inertial characteristics, propeller diameter and thrust, wind coefficients and the model tuning coefficients. |
