The trainiing course is conducted in accordance with rrecommendation IODE-XV.11 of the Fifteenth Session of the UNESCO IOC Committee on International Oceanographic Data Exchange (IODE). The objective of the course is to develop knowledge and practical skills of experts from Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union countries in the field of oceanographic data management.The course is sponsored by UNESCO IOC and the Government of the Russian Federation. |
