Assistant Professor Özgür Kırca has authored and co-authored over 20 peer-refereed journal and conference papers. He was involved in 5 major research projects and more than 50 national and international consultancy works, half of which covered experimental modelling. He has been working as a post-doc researcher in Technical University of Denmark (2009-2011). His expertise covers vertical breakwaters, environmentally friendly coastal structures and seabed-structure-wave/current interaction.
