| In order of the VMM (Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij) the status of implementation of the Fourth North Sea Conference by the Flemish government concerning hazardous substances, either indirectly by the participation of the Flemish government in the policy of other international organizations (EU, OSPAR, OECD, UNE ECE LRTAP, UNEP, Rivercommissions) and directly by Flemish legislation and policy was analysed. Suggestions for policy priorities have been given. |
